Los Angeles-based 21-year-old Will Wiesenfeld released his first LP, Cerulean, under the moniker Baths back in June. ‘Aminals’ is by far my favorite track off the album. Its swelling synthesized features hop about, attended to by lovable samples and tickling grooves à la Washed Out or Daedelus. Will’s pure musicianship is on display in this one; everything studderingly bounces around yet fit together and falls into place by the end of this three-minute jam. Strap on those headphones, it’s time to envelop yourself in Baths.
